By downloading or playing Last Light ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. The game

Last Light is a free game for personal entertainment, made by Victor Vandi.

2. It is fiction

Everything in the game is fictional. The people, events, prices, electricity loads and battery figures are simplified for play. Do not use the game as advice for real solar, inverter or electrical decisions.

3. Ownership

The game, its artwork and its text belong to Victor Vandi. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app.

4. No guarantee

The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it will be free of bugs. Saved progress can be lost, for example if you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

5. Changes

We may update or change the game, and these terms, at any time. The latest terms are always on this page.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
